Our intelligent import system helps bring your existing data into Multideck during setup. We work through the available exports and how their information belongs in your new workspace, without asking your team to re-enter records one by one.

Check it against the work you know.
Review the imported records, important relationships and agreed settings with us. Work through familiar customers and shipments so gaps or differences can be addressed before your team depends on the new setup.

We have thousands of records. Do we need to start again?
You do not need to rebuild your customer and supplier lists by hand. Multideck includes intelligent data import during setup. The records and history we bring across are agreed after reviewing your existing system, available exports and data quality.
Can we move from CargoWise, BoxTop or another system?
Tell us what you use and what you need to keep. We review the data you can export and the connections your operation depends on, then confirm the migration scope. Different systems need different approaches, so we establish compatibility before you commit.
What happens to our preferences and ways of working?
We include your important settings, references and working preferences in the setup conversation. Some can be carried across or recreated; others work differently in Multideck. We agree those differences with your team rather than assume every setting has a direct equivalent.
Do we have to switch everything at once?
We plan the transition with you, including whether a phased move or a period alongside your existing system makes sense. This depends on the workflows and integrations involved. The changeover plan makes clear which system your team should use for each part of the work.
How long does it take, and what does it cost?
Timing depends on the data, systems and scope of your move. Standard setup has no separate fee on our published plans. Bespoke migration, integrations or additional training are scoped and priced before you sign. We confirm the plan once we understand your starting point.
