Behind the
build.
We are a team of five who believe freight software should work as one connected operation.
Small enough to stay close to the detail. Focused enough to build around the whole job, not one isolated task.
Why we are building Multideck02 Our mission
Give freight people their time back.
Freight runs on people who know their customers, solve problems and keep shipments moving. Too much of their day goes into finding an email, retyping a document or carrying the same details between systems.
Our mission is to give that time back. We are building one connected workspace where information moves with the job, intelligence helps with the routine work and your team has more room to look after customers and handle the exceptions that need them.

- 04 Documents
- 05 Customs
- 06 Update
One job should carry its own story.
From the first enquiry to the customer update, the details should stay connected. Every handoff we remove is one less place for work to stall, information to drift or someone to start again.
03 How we build
Close to the work. Accountable to the people.
These beliefs guide what we build, how we use AI and how we help teams make the move. They have to show up in the everyday experience.
-
01
Start with the people doing the work.
We listen to freight teams, follow real shipments and build around the handoffs that cost them time. The people using Multideck help shape what we improve next.
-
02
Make intelligence useful. Keep people in control.
AI should take on the searching, checking and preparation. It should show the source, make uncertainty clear and leave meaningful decisions with the person responsible.
-
03
Respect what you have already built.
Your records, relationships and working knowledge have value. Helping you bring them into Multideck is part of building a better way forward.
A better working day starts with yours.
Show us the work that takes longer than it should. We will explore how Multideck could help your team, and what moving from your current system would involve.
