What affects the cost?
Price follows capacity, complexity and the breadth of work being connected.
For Multideck, your team-size bracket sets the platform fee, and each user adds £149 per month. Customs volume sets the optional customs allowance. Bespoke migration, integrations or custom work depend on the operation.

- Your exact user count sets the price. Basic, Pro and Ultra have monthly platform fees of £1,995, £2,995 and £3,995 respectively. Enterprise is priced for a bespoke number of users.
- Customs and document volume
- Customs is usage-based and optional. Document workflows include published per-user allowances, so the expected workload should be part of the buying conversation.
- Implementation and data migration
- A straightforward cloud rollout is different from cleaning years of data, changing several team processes or coordinating a phased migration.
- Integrations and customisation
- Standard workflows keep cost and rollout simpler. Bespoke connections, custom processes and specialist requirements add work only when your operation needs them.
- What can bring the cost down
- A smaller team pays less, standard workflows reduce implementation work, and one connected workspace can reduce duplicated administration and some separate software contracts.

How do you choose the right Multideck plan?
Choose the exact number of people who need access. Basic covers 1–10 users with a £1,995 monthly platform fee, Pro covers 11–25 users at £2,995, and Ultra covers 26–50 users at £3,995. Add £149 for every user, from the first user. Enterprise offers bespoke pricing for larger teams. The platform fee changes when you enter a new bracket. Customs declarations are an optional add-on.
What is included in the monthly price?
Every plan includes Sales & CRM, quotes, bookings, Inbox, warehouse operations, customer stock access, AutoDoc document extraction, shipment tracking, Dexter AI assistance, a private company workspace, product updates and ongoing support. Each user includes 1,000 generated documents and 1,000 pages of document extraction per month. Each paid user includes US$50 of AI usage per month, pooled across your workspace. Usage varies by task and model, so this is an allowance rather than a fixed message count. Track your remaining allowance in Multideck; additional capacity is agreed in advance.
Is there a setup fee?
There is no standard setup fee for the plans shown. If your rollout needs bespoke data migration, integrations, customisation or additional training, we will scope it with you and confirm any cost before you sign.
Do you offer monthly or annual billing?
The prices on this page are monthly prices with a 12-month minimum term. Your proposal will set out the invoicing schedule and payment terms clearly before you commit.
What happens if our team grows?
Within a bracket, each additional user adds £149 per month. Moving to the next bracket also increases the platform fee by £1,000. For example, 25 users cost £6,720 and 26 cost £7,869. Generated documents and document extraction allowances grow with your user count. For more than 50 users, speak with us about your rollout.
Are customs declarations included?
No. Customs is optional and priced separately by monthly declaration allowance, so teams that do not need it do not pay for it.
What happens if we need more document or customs capacity?
Tell us the volumes you expect during discovery. If your needs sit above a published allowance, we will agree the appropriate capacity and price before it is added.
Does Multideck replace every existing software licence?
Not automatically. Multideck brings core freight workflows into one workspace and connects existing Gmail and Outlook mailboxes. We will map which systems can be retired, which should remain and which need to connect before you make the investment case.
Is Multideck suitable for a very small forwarder?
It depends on the work you need to bring together. A very small team that only needs basic job management may be better served by a simpler system. Multideck is strongest where disconnected tools and repeated administration are already creating operational cost.
Are taxes included in the displayed price?
The figures shown are the Multideck plan prices. VAT or other applicable taxes are added where required and will be stated on your proposal and invoice.
